At PortraitNest, every portrait we create is custom-made, 100% unique, and tailored to your pet — drawn from your photo and personalized to your preferences. Because of this level of customization, we are unable to offer returns or refunds after printing.
❌ Do You Offer Refunds?
As your order is entirely personalized and made just for you, we do not accept returns or refunds once the artwork has been approved and sent to print.
We encourage you to be confident in your photo submission and take full advantage of our preview and revision process to ensure you’re 100% satisfied before your order is finalized.

We will gladly work with you to:
- Correct mistakes (if any)
- Provide free revisions to your digital preview
- Reprint the order in rare cases of damage or misprint during shipping
🖼 How Our Preview Process Works
Before printing, you’ll receive a digital preview of your portrait via email. You can:
- Approve the artwork for print
- Request revisions (e.g., facial expression, shading, background)
There’s no limit on revisions — we want you to love the final result.
🚚 Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery:
- Include a photo of the product and shipping label
- Describe the issue clearly
- We’ll assess and offer a reprint if the issue is confirmed
⚠️ Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Wrong or low-quality photo submissions
Spelling mistakes or order details entered incorrectly by customer
Disliking the style of custom artwork after preview approval
